I found this pic resize with thumbnail
it works good, but when i use a large pic... it does not resize it or make a thumb... it will then just upload the original pic size. Can you tell me if there is something I need to modify. Thanks for the other link.

weird, how big are the pics in question? in both dimensions and filesize?
