To whom it may concern.

I run a forum called Gamers Gateway and we have recently started our own affiliation program.

We would be interested in exchanging banners with your site.

We have hundreds of registered members that may be interested in other gaming sites, such as yours. Exchanging a link gets you more exposure on the internet, resulting in more hits, a greater page rank and higher search engine ranking.

This is what we are offering, your banner will be displayed at the bottom of the main index page, other than that your banner will be displayed at the bottom of every thread, directly after the last post, this means that anyone reading the last post of any thread will have your banner right in their face.

Here are some stats (these images taken 12 june 2008):

This graph shows the amount of unique visitors to our site, we are currently averaging over 1000 people a day viewing our forum, that's a thousand people a day who will be seeing your banner, these are not bots these are humans browsing the site:


This next graph is page views, the amount of times someone has viewed a page on gamers gateway, currently we are averaging almost 15 000 page views a day, that's on average 15 000 times your banner will be displayed every day. And we often approach 25 000.




If you are interested in this proposal please have one of your admins contact me via the PM system of byteforums, I hope we can come to some arrangement that will be mutually beneficial to both our websites.

I have added your banner to our site, although as outlined in my PM reply, we like to display a large 130x50 button, so I am displaying your smaller button at the 130x50 size and it is a little distorted, if you would like to supply me with another hosted button of 130x50 I will gladly display it.

I will check back in 24 hours, if our button is in your affiliates section on the right hand side of your main page I will know you have accepted the proposal, if yo have any questions or queries please dont hesitate to contact me direct through the email address I supplied in my PM reply.
